The Contractors by J.P. Medved is a very short story about a defense contractor paramilitary group known as Justice Incorporated. The entire story on Kindle occupies 259 location points. The story is of one battle between a Sunni radical fundamentalist group and a Kurdish fighter group; the Kurds are a client of Justice Incorporated.

This will be of interest to readers following events in the Middle East. It is of interest to military and military retiree readers (me). Some problems are discussed such as the short-term presence of US support whether they be military or civilian. I would only be interested in further novels if they address intelligence, political, and diplomatic issues. A short story such as this relies on the action elements and these are not sufficient to cause me to read further. Interesting, yes. But only in the short term and in small doses.

A reader, encouraging others to expand their knowledge of English through reading along with me some books I am currently reading. I will publish some reviews of books I have found notable. Comments in agreement and disagreement are welcome.
